Why the charger can’t charge my phone?

Does the case affect charging?

Please use a phone case that is less than 0.5mm or 0.02inch thick. Most of magnetic phone cases are also available.

How to turn this charger into a mobile phone holder form?

A bracket assembly is fixed to the back of the charger. Remove the bracket and insert it into the corresponding grooves on both sides to form the stand form.

Why is charging slow?

Normally it takes 2.5 hours to fully charge the device.
